Section 163 (“Assessors”) of the principal Act is amended- (a) in subsection (1) by the deletion of “two persons” and the substitution of “two persons (one of whom must be a woman)”; (b) in subsection (2) by the deletion of “ten persons” and the substitution of “ten persons (at least half of them women)”;
